Found the company on the internet. Yes pricing was very competitive saving me nearly 20% on the total cost of the move. I found the staff very approachable and helpful when it came to finding out what was happening and where things were up to, with this being my first interstate move and on such short notice there were many what I would have thought to be “complications” however United staff managed to work everything to suit me and everything ran smoothly. Absolutely nothing to worry about which was a big help. Because I was moving from a share house there was a lot of furniture that was not being removed and was therefore in the way of getting other things out of the house.

The removalists were very professional and took very good care of all possessions involved. No damage occurred at all. On delivery from Perth to Townsville it was raining quite heavily, the team managed to get all furniture inside with no water damage to anything. The few chairs that did get wet were left in an ideal place by the team to dry out and no marks are at all evident on the furniture. The team as a whole were very helpful and professional, I couldn’t have asked for any better service. Very happy with the way in which nothing is ever an issue, even when I had to have someone else stand in to receive everything as at the delivery in Townsville as I had to start work in my new position they still managed to continue on and nothing was ever an issue. Absolutely nothing could have been better, the furniture removals team was always in contact with me to advise if there were going to be any delays or any changes at all to the schedule and no damage was done to any of my furniture or belongings.
